IN-HOUSE TRAINING:
Our curriculum development consultants continue to conduct research and develop learning materials, case studies and learning strategies for use by POD’s Learning Facilitators in training employees for employers. Human resource training is conducted in-house. This means that the learning is solely for your employees. So, every course is customised for the specific and exclusive need of each company or organisation by the Curriculum Developer and Learning Facilitator before delivery by the latter.
In-house courses may be customised and conducted at your Company’s or Organisation’s convenience. The course may be conducted at our training centre; or at your premises; or, at a third party venue such as a local hotel.
DEPLOYMENT:

b. The medium of instruction may be English, Chinese or Malay, principally
c. Class size:

Maximum 20 employees |

d. Courses may be conducted during or after office hours; work days or non-work days
e. Courses are conducted for your employees in Singapore or other parts of the world
ABOUT OUR LEARNING FACILITATORS:
Learning Facilitators are qualified and experienced in the subject matter (i.e. they are content experts) and in facilitation or training.

By separate arrangement, POD provides the following follow on services:
- Transfer of Learning
- Conduct learning application at the workplace by course attendees
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness
