Business Development Manager

Develop new business and perform strategic planning to maximize growth and profitability. Establish strategy for acquisition of new accounts and growth plans for existing accounts.

Scope of Work:

  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative KPIs
  • Pro-actively identify target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our services.
  • Develop new business relationships and successfully manage the marketing process: lead generation, credentials pitch; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to project management team
  • Create and account for all client proposals, contracts,
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction levels with every client engagement
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities and meet client’s specific requirements
  • Prepare and conduct high impact presentations
  • Interface with Advertising / Communications agencies

 

Job Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma holder
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business development
  • Proven success in sales and marketing ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the sales and marketing process
  • Strong client management and relationship building
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Dynamic, out-going and self initiative
  • Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent
  • Must be proficient in MS office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Experience in advertising and promotions
  • Experience in Human Resource is an added advantage.

 


Executive (Client Relations)

You do not need to get Clients. We already have a compact list of reliable and loyal Clients.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our products/services among our Clients
  • Develop promotion materials, newsletter and other print materials
  • Service our Clients
  • Make presentations to our Clients
  • Participate in business and market research

 

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills
  • Team player
  • Preferably a Diploma in HR or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • PC literate – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access
  • a very high standard of written and spoken English
  • extrovertive and have business acumen
  • Confident and Professional
  • Articulate and participative
  • Preferably you worked in an HR environment
