In-House Training:

 
 

Our curriculum development consultants continue to conduct research and develop learning materials, case studies and learning strategies for use by POD’s Learning Facilitators in training employees for employers. Training is conducted in-house. This means that the learning is solely for your employees. So, every course is customised for the specific and exclusive need of each company or organisation by the Curriculum Developer and Learning Facilitator before delivery by the latter.

In-house courses may be customised and conducted at your Company’s or Organisation’s convenience. The course may be conducted at our training centre; or at your premises; or, at a third party venue such as a local hotel.

 
 

Deployment:

 
  a. Our courses are regulated for  
 
  1. Senior and middle management;
  2. Front-line management;
  3. Staff.
 
  b. The medium of instruction may be English, Chinese or Malay, principally  
  c. Class size:  
 
  1. Maximum 20 employees
  2. Minimum 8 employees, to be cost effective
 
  d. Courses may be conducted during or after office hours; work days or non-work days  
  e. Courses are conducted for your employees in Singapore or other parts of the world  
 

About our Learning Facilitators:

 
 

Learning Facilitators are qualified and experienced in the subject matter (i.e. they are content experts) and in facilitation or training.

 
 

Full-service:

 
 

The full-service for an in-house course include:

 
  1. Please contact Ivy Tew at email: ivy.tew@pod-hr.com or telephone: 6337 9081 and she will attend to your inquiry. If you require the prototype Course Description(s), Ivy will avail to you
  2. Ivy will arrange for our Consultant to meet you, to discuss the learning needs /  objectives of your employees to be trained
  3. The Consultant produces your specific Course Description and returns to you with it, in a day or two. Ivy will liaise with you on the administrative matters
  4. We get your approval on the final Course Description, fee, date(s) / time, venue, etc.
  5. The learning is delivered to your target group(s). The learners’ immediate supervisors are welcome to drop in during the training and / or to deliver an opening address
  6. On completion of the course, Ivy will submit a Project Consultancy Report which will include:
 
 
  1. Evaluation of the course by the course attendees by way of a Consolidated account
  2. Feedback from the Learning Facilitator which would be useful for your Company
